Never booking again Positive: Nothing Negative: I would like to bring to your attention several issues regarding the condition of the room during my recent stay: • The overall condition of the house was unpleasant due to a strong odor. • The air conditioner in the living room had a musty smell. • The bathroom emitted a bad odor. • The curtains in the living room were torn and also smelled unpleasant. • The floor in the outdoor area was sticky. • No garbage bags were provided. • There was no microwave available. • Almost all the bed sheets, towels, and furniture had a musty odor. I kindly request that appropriate action be taken to improve the room’s cleanliness and facilities. I hope that these matters can be addressed promptly for the comfort of future guests.
